When we do a free site inspection we strive to offer you a variety of solutions and we are always looking for the best "bang for your buck". This usually means utilizing the Government rebates to give you the best system at the lowest cost.

Mike and Rod, between them, have 14 years experience in manufacturing and installing rainwater systems allowing them to come up with innovative ways of capturing nearly all of the rainwater available and storing it in places the average person would not realize possible. A tank does not have to be near the house, in fact it can be almost anywhere on the property, we can get all water to it.

Your quote will be itemized so that you know what is going on and you have the option of removing any items or services you do not want or feel you can do yourself; which is unlike some rainwater tank installers who will present you with a total only quote and expect you to sign on the day.

Polytank Sales manufacture the rainwater tanks; we fit them up and coordinate plumbing and electrical work as required. Our personnel are experienced and courteous; I know this because our clients regularly ring, email and even send cards thanking us for a job well done and commend our employees.

The other reason I know we do a good job is by the number of repeat sales we do. Approximately 25 percent of our business is from previous customers or their friends and relatives.

Polytank do not use cheap products in particular pumps and associated equipment. We sell Onga and Davey pumps because they are quality units with back up service here in South Australia. We do not want to be dealing with pumps where parts and service are not available and secondly, we do not want to be dealing with pumps with high failure rates; we figure our customers think the same.

Our plumbing is of the highest standard with no short cuts or substandard materials used, we have never been criticized by either customer or SA Water for the standard of our plumbing. Conversely we regularly receive praise for this work. Any amount of recommendations are available for potential customers to contact.

We can normally install within 2 weeks of order, often less if using our own rain water tanks. When other rainwater tanks are used there can be a longer delay depending on when we can get the tanks.
